Welcome To February!

From The Truth Media Family,
Happy New Month!!!
Welcome to February!

---

When your heart beats to please
The King of kings,
His kingdom you seek,
Not worldly things

Peace resides within your soul
And joy overflows like a river.
To every plan given to Him,
He brings to live and would deliver

Go through this month
With trust in Him;
When true worship rises like sweet perfume
And in grace you rejoice with wondrous hymn

Then should you prepare for testimonies;
For miracles await!

Happy New Year, Awakening to 2019

From The Truth Media family,
Happy New Year!!!
Welcome to January 2019

When we look back to the year before
And some faults and failures we find,
When still we thrive and choose to ignore
The aches and anguish that lay behind,

We often find strength to soar,
Faith to fly and grace to grow;
And for the believer who would have no more
Of worldly ways and none of sin to know,

Such is blessed without fear
And 2019 becomes a year of cheer.

Welcome To June!

Background Image Cred: Cardstore

From The Truth Media family,
Happy New Month!!!

There’s a whisper in the air,
It tells of pleasant things;
The valiant who can dare
Would get what this month brings.

It’s a bright new day of peace,
It’s a brand new month of June,
When you let all worries cease,
Soon will you savour life’s boon.

Put your trust in God,
He’ll guide and defend you;
Though your life is flawed,
In Him is hope for you.

Prepare your mind for wonders,
As all your dreams come through,
This June may displease others,
For you, it’s sure breakthrough.

The Turning Point

Steve lived for pleasure all his youth,
Those days he spent for girls and beers,
He knew all clubs but not the truth
That such a life brings bitter tears.

He called it fun – all he could see,
He knew not life could turn out mean;
Soon, cash ran out, so was his glee,
Then did he see where he had been.

For once he felt the pangs of life;
Alone, aggrieved, he was hopeless
And thought it best to end his life
Than live with doubts yet penniless.

Poison in hand, about to die,
Knocks at the door delayed his plan,
He raised his gaze and asked, ‘God why?’
Only to see it was a man.

‘What do you want? And who are you?’
Were what Steve asked the unknown man.
‘I do not mean to bother you,
‘Good evening Sir, my name is Dan,

‘I live close in the neighborhood;
‘I’ve come to share good news with you.’
The strange man preached how God is good
And what His Son had to go through

That all may have eternal life,
Freedom from guilt, sorrow, and sin.
Steve met Jesus and gave his life,
That day he found relief within.

Being born-again he gave it all
To follow Christ and be like Him.
His past was gone; Steve became Paul
His sinful days were behind Him

And now he lives by faith in Christ;
The Devil has no hold on Him.
You too can have this joy in Christ;
He calls for you, come unto Him

All ye that labour and in pain
And you’ll find succour for your soul.
The glitz of life is all but vain,
To have it all and lose your soul

What shall it profit in the end?

Welcome To September!

From The Truth Media family,
Happy New Month!!!

If there’s but one wish from me to you
And one prayer that should come true:
I wish above all that you abide in health,
Abound in grace and heaven’s wealth.

I pray you spend your days with cheer,
Thrive in faith and conquer fear.
And when at eternity’s morn and all is said and done,
May you not groan for a purpose yet undone.

This I wish from me to you
And pray God makes it all come true.
Welcome to September!
A month-full of goodness to remember.

Welcome To August!

From The Truth Media family,
Happy New Month!!!

I’ve seen the ways of the humble and just,
How they March through grace to August;
Though sometimes are weary but never weak,
They in the Lord abide and remain meek.

When trials fester and persecutors pester,
They stand resolute and bold as Esther,
Confidence reposed in the King of kings,
Knowing that triumph is what He gladly brings.

Let this mind be in you this August
And not to delight in contention or lust;
Sow for yourself righteousness
And reap the fruit of love and God’s goodness.

Another month, another blessing,
Another month of progressing.
Welcome to August!

Welcome To July!

From The Truth Media family,
Happy New Month!!!

A heart in pain, a soul with strain,
Though days before that bred July
Is fraught with loss and weighty lack,
Be grateful still, the Lord will supply.

Your nights be full of fears and groans,
So hard the tides, you wonder why;
And though despair defeats your smiles,
Be hopeful still, the Lord will supply.

The Lord will supply,
Even in July;
The poor man called, He answered him;
No shame befalls who trusts in Him.

Bestir your faith, wait on the Lord;
Trust in His word, delight in July;
Though folks around denigrate you,
Be faithful still, the Lord will supply.

Welcome To June!

From The Truth Media family,
Happy New Month!!!

Not of your prudence or your strength,
Nor of how brave you think you are,
Not of your wealth and tactfulness
Have you lived to come this far

But for the mercies of the Lord,
His ‘YES’ to prayers when we call;
And should you seek to brag of self
That you’ve had and seen it all,

Remember, swift it is to drown
For one who choose to wear the crown:
The crown of pride and vanity;
It only brings calamity.

So take this time to praise the Lord,
Worship and praise His holy name;
Remember, June is half the mile,
Don’t stop to make Jesus your aim.

My House Is Full But My Field Is Empty

There is peace and contentment in my Father’s house today,
Lots of food on His table and no one is turned away,
There is singing and laughter as the hours pass by
But a hush calms the singing as the Father sadly cries:

My house is full, but my field is empty,
Who shall go and work for me today?
It seems my children all want to stay around my table
But no one wants to work in my field,
No one wants to work in my field

Push away from the table, look out through the windowpane,
Just beyond this house of plenty lies a field of golden grain
And it’s ripened unto harvest but the reapers, where are they?
In the house, oh, can't the children hear the Father sadly say:

My house is full, but my field is empty,
Who shall go and work for me today?
It seems my children all want to stay around my table
But no one wants to work in my field,
No one wants to work in my field

Souls are crying,
Men are dying,
Won’t you lead them to the cross?
Go and find them,
Help to win them,
Win the lost at any cost
But no one wants to work in my field,
No one wants to work in my field.

Welcome To May!

From The Truth Media family,
Happy New Month!!!

All your worries, all your pains,
The Lord has promised they won't stay;
He knows the height you wish to gain,
He feels your woes of yesterday,

He understands your every fear,
He sees them all: your sighs and tears
And only asks you trust, obey
His Word today and everyday;

To daily walk with Him by faith,
To simply trusting everyday.
At you the world has mocked and called a wraith,
Just keep on trusting everyday.

As you enter this month of May,
Please don't relent to watch and pray,
And miracles only shall you see
In all your ways in Jesus' name. Amen.

The Cross

Text: John 3:15-16; Isaiah 53; Romans 4:24-25; 1 Peter 3:18

In evil long I took delight,
Unawed by shame or fear,
Till a new object struck my sight,
And stopped my wild career.

I saw One hanging on a tree,
In agonies and blood;
He fixed His languid eyes on me,
As near His cross I stood.

Sure never till my latest breath,
 Shall I forget that look!
It seemed to charge me with His death,
Though not a word He spoke.

A second look He gave, which said,
 "I freely all forgive;
This blood is for thy ransom paid;
I die that thou mayest live."

Thus while His death my sin displays
 In all its blackest hue,
Such is the mystery of grace,
It seals my pardon too!

Blest, Blest Forever

Only a little while, sowing and reaping,
Only a little while, our vigil keeping;
Then we shall gather home, no more to sever,
Clasped in eternal love, blest, blest forever.

Only a little while, heartbreak and sorrow,
Dark though the night may be, cloudless the morrow;
Only a little while, Earth ties to sever,
Then in our Father land, blest, blest forever.

Only a little while, shadow and sadness,
Then in eternity sunshine and gladness;
Only a little while, then o'er the river,
Home, rest and victor palm, life, joy forever.

Now That The End of Man Is At Hand

Text: 1 Peter 4:7-10

In these days of mischief, loss and lust,
Of mores and trust buried in dust,
Of lies and pride that satiate dodgy head,
Guard with diligence thy heart till the very end.

Let thine eyes see no evil,
Its fruits resist, shun the devil;
Order thy steps in paths of peace and light,
Abide in the truth, thy thoughts make right.

Such fate befell perverse ones before you:
A life of woes and worries all through;
That thy ‘morrow may be good in every way,
Take time to be holy, take time to pray.

Desire not the noxious wine of violence,
Watch thy soul lest it breeds pretense;
Now that the end of man is at hand,
It’s time to seek the Lord and for righteousness stand.

Arise, O ye Christians! Behold your Saviour and Lord,
Love not the world or the riches it can afford;
Sinners will entice, consent not,
For yielding is death; recall the wife of Lot?

Another Year Is Dawning

Another year is dawning, dear Father, let it be
In working or in waiting, another year with Thee.
Another year of progress, another year of praise,
Another year of proving Thy presence all the days.

Another year of mercies, of faithfulness and grace,
Another year of gladness in the shining of Thy face;
Another year of leaning upon Thy loving breast;
Another year of trusting, of quiet, happy rest.

Another year of service, of witness for Thy love,
Another year of training for holier work above.
Another year is dawning, dear Father, let it be
On earth, or else in Heaven, another year for Thee.

Take The Junk In My Trunk

Jesus, Please Take the “Junk In My Trunk.”

In my life, I allowed a lot of “junk in the trunk.”
There was so much that my life stunk!
There were many things I collected along the way,
They just seemed to hang around me every day.

Some of the junk were old and some were new,
I was at a loss as to what I was going to do.
As my life began to take a downward turn…
This was the moment I became concerned.

I came to the decision; “this junk has to go!”
My life needed to be cleansed and made whole!
I know my life was burdened and “bottomed out”,
I needed to be cleansed from the inside out!

I cried out to Jesus; “please take the junk of mine”,
“It’s ruining my life and destroying my mind!”
Jesus reached out and did a beautiful work within;
By His power He removed all of my junk and sin!

Praise the Lord! He began a beautiful work in me!
The load of junk is gone! I've been set free!
He can do the same for you! Won’t you let Him?
Won’t you give him your life and simply trust Him?

You too can be forever changed by His power;
He can remove all of your junk this very hour!

The Fear Of The Lord

The fear of the Lord

Text: Proverbs 19:23; 9:10

My fear of Thee, O Lord, exults
Like life within my veins,
A fear which tightly claims to be
One of love's sacred pains.

There is no joy the soul can meet
Upon life's various road
Like the sweet fear that sits and shrinks
Under the eye of God.

Oh, Thou art greatly to be feared,
Thou art so prompt to bless!
The dread to miss such love as Thine
Makes fear but love's excess.

But fear is love, and love is fear,
And in and out they move;
But fear is an intenser joy
Than mere unfrightened love.

They love Thee little, if at all,
Who do not fear Thee much;
If love is Thine attraction, Lord!
Fear is Thy very touch.

Welcome To March: Adulation

Adulation

Text: Psalm 150:6; 34:3; 107:1; Micah 6:8

Happy New Month!!!

When the glory of the Lord,
The immeasurable grace of Adonai
Rest upon a man; he is as the radiant sun
Stretched in its might across the sky

Not an iota of fear,
Not the burden of sadness,
Not the shame of sinful past
Can rob his heart of true gladness

As free as a bird,
Strong and full of life;
As cheery as a child,
He’s whole and knows no strife

For Christ has paid the prize;
One who knew death at the Cross.
Jesus has died for you and I
And in Him is victory over grief and loss

Blessed be the name of the Lord
For He’s good and His mercy endures forever;
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Who reigns in majesty now and forever.
